The Kettlebell and the Bulgarian Bag are two of our favourite training tools at OLF.
In this complex we combine both of these tools for a brilliant conditioning exercise. In this Swing/ Spin combination we use the Kettlebell and the Bulgarian Bag respectively to work firstly in the sagittal plane and then in the transverse plane.
In this complex you need to firstly perform 20 Kettlebell Swings, followed by 10 spins in each direction. That’s 30 reps of fun for you right there!
