OLF at the FITsPro Convention in Switzerland

Last weekend OLF went to visit their Swiss partners FITsPro to help them out at their annual convention. This year they held it at one of the international schools just outside Geneva. It was a fantastic space for the convention and gave OLF plenty of room for the Move IT sessions that we ran. It was a full 2 days, starting with a functional training session using kettlebells, ViPR, Core Bags and SAQ kit. We then showed the guys how to use the Move IT functional equipment to train the elderly clientele. In the afternoon we did a great session with Bulgarian Bags, Battling Ropes, Core Bags and the good old BOX!!

Day 2 had OLF taking the group through a ViPR Bootcamp session followed by a Performance Boxing Session. We then finished off with a special competition for the remaining few trainers that were left! Check out the clip below of the 2 days.
