I hope this email finds you safe and well. There’s a lot of crazy stuff going down right now so I hope you and yours are all safe and enjoying summer!
In this month’s newsletter: we let you know that the OWI course is coming to a town near you; Tommy tells you about his African adventure and we catch up with Jack Henegan from In2Crossfit Clapham.

The OWI (Olympic Weightlifting) Course is Coming to a Town Near You!
We’ve only ever held the OWI course in London (in our own venues) or in Dublin. That is until now! During October and November as well as hosting an OWI in London we’re coming to Cardiff and Harrogate to get you all Snatching, Cleaning and Jerking.

The Cardiff OWI is on the 15th and 16th of October and is at Crossfit Cardiff which is owned and operated by Daffyd Dennis and Jon Hares. This is not only an opportunity to learn how to train in and teach the Olympic Lifts but it is also an opportunity to train where one of the fittest men in the UK (Dav’s Dennis) works and trains.

Then on the 5th and 6th of November we’re up in Yorkshire at HG3, throwing some weight around! This is one of the coolest venues in the country and if you’re up North then you really need to get on this course.

OLF Education Invades Africa
