The “Bear” is a fantastic barbell strength and conditioning exercise complex that comprises of a power clean, front squat, press, back squat and press. The weight is generally 60kg and 6 repetitions are performed per set. a minimum of 3 sets is perfromed.

The Kettlebell Bear is performed as:
- double dead clean
- front squat & press
- back/shoulder squat press
- stiff leg dead lift/ bent over row
This is one repetition. In the video Tommy performs one rep every 30seconds for 5 minutes. He did a total of 10 repetitions.
