There’s no getting away from it, the next 12 months are going to be tight, possibly even tighter than the last couple of years. It’s unavoidable it’s all over the press and there’s no escaping it. In 2011 we’ll all have to do our best to make ends meet.
As trainers we need to be smart and stay a step ahead of our competitors. Education is an obvious way to do this, bettering ourselves is the tried and tested means of rising above our rivals. Of course I’m going to tell you this I run a trainer education company, however it is still something that I sincerely believe in.
As well as running a trainer education company I also own and manage a PT Studio , so I’m fully aware of having to keep a step ahead and of how to reinvent things to make sure you’re doing better than the bloke next to you.
The following are some of the ways that I believe doing a course with us will help you to earn more money in 2011:
- You will have learned new skills and methods that have been tried and tested
- You will have increased your theoretical knowledge and your ability to apply it
- You will be enthused and motivated after spending a weekend with like minded people
During our courses you are also given:
- Ideas on how to better market yourself to stay a step ahead
- Information on how to generate more cash without hitting your clients harder in their pockets
The following is some information on how you can accelerate your business growth in any kind of environment:
- run small group training sessions
- start a Kettlebell Class
- start a Kettlebell Sport Club
- start a Weightlifting session
- start a Boxing fitness class
All of the above sessions have one thing in common- they involve training more than one person at a time. As a PT we may be a little tentative but it could just be the best thing to happen to your business. If a trainer charges £40-£50 per session for example their is a limit to how much can be earned in an hour. If for example you started a Boxing Fitness session you could charge 10 people a ‘tenner’ each and all of a sudden you’ve just made yourself £100 for the hour instead of £40 or £50. You’ve just earned yourself more than you normally earn in an hour and your clients have paid a considerably less.
Times might be tough people but it’s in times of adversity that we need to show a little initiative and ingenuity. Investing in yourself through education is a path that will surely see you survive and thrive in 2011 and beyond.
Let’s see you on a course soon!
