Why Spin!

The Spin is a great Bulgarian Bag Exercise. People’s training is often spent in the sagital and frontal planes. when life takes us out of these planes injuries can often occur. That’s where the Spin comes into play!

The Spin works rotation in the transverse plane like nothing else. And that’s what makes it such a brilliant exercise!
