The IBBC Certification is an extensive look into everything Bulgarian Bag! You’ll learn over 50 exercises, warm ups and circuits. You’ll get an understanding behind how the Bulgarian Bag really works, how to apply it for different goals and how to design effective programmes. This course will transform the way you think about training and will give you an insight into how the body adapts to Bulgarian Bag training.
